About The Forums

These forums are moderated by MBF scientists and engineers and are provided to encourage discussion among users of MBF products. Users can help each other and provide suggestions for new features and enhancement to the products through these forums. If you need technical support from MBF, please open a ticket with our support group here: support.mbfbioscience.com

The forums are intended for MBF customers and collaborators. You'll need to register first to participate in the forums. Once you are confirmed, you'll have access to all forums.

Rules

The forums are provided for the benefit of customers and associates of MBF Bioscience. The rules are simple - please use courtesy in your questions and replies, and exercise restraint. Your registration will first be approved by the forum administrator, so please be sure to include your real name, lab, and institution or affiliation.

engage in flame wars (this is an information exchange, not a debating society)
product bash (that includes our products and our competitor's products)
advertise your products or events (we'll remove off-topic posts)

MBF reserves the right to remove offensive or off-topic posts, or move posts to the appropriate forum. We will also ban (reluctantly) users from accessing the forums if they repeatedly violate these rules.
